- Provide documents and publications in large print or other accessible format
- Be willing to assist patients/customers in filling out applications or other forms
- Be willing to read documents to persons with visual impairments
- Have an accessible website
- Provide training to your staff on effectively working with people with visual impairments
- Have these policies in writing
